Some people still believe that a Vegan lifestyle is expensive, but for me, it has saved a lot of money in my wallet. I eat fresh fruit and veggies, pasta, beans, nuts, and seeds. The most expensive items on my shopping list are the Nuts, Coconut oil, Protein Powder and Peanut Butter. The rest of the produce is pretty simple and basic, easy to find anywhere.

  1. This is so great, I have been trying to add more vegan meals to my diet and too see how easy you make it seem makes me even more motivated!
    That Veggie Soup looks so yummi! I love coli-flower and the idea of making a soup out of that makes me hungry, ha ha.

  2. Este Janeiro tentei ser Vegan, mas acontecerem alguns problemas entretanto e nao em consegui empenhar. Mas agora em Fevereiro quero tentar outra vez! A tua lista faz tudo parecer tao simples. vou copiar e levar comigo!

      A carne foi super fácil para mim deixar, custou bem mais deixar o peixe. Mas fui cortando aos poucos e la acabei por deixar de vez =)

  3. Infelizmente não posso tornar-me vegan porque tenho alguns problemas de saúde e preciso mesmo de todas proteínas e vitaminas e mais não sei o quê que a carne e o peixe têm, mas fico feliz que muitas pessoas já estejam a conseguir e que encorajem outras a fazê-lo :)

      É mesmo uma pena, mas foi mesmo o médico que te disse que so podias ir buscar essas proteínas e vitaminas na carne ? Pois normalmente conseguimos encontrar os mesmos nutrientes nos vegetais e assim, excepto a B12!
      Mas se assim o for, podias nem que fosse so comer peixe =)
      Foi o que fiz por uns meses ate conseguir deixar de vez.
