4 simple Rules for a Minimalist Wardrobe

Wednesday, February 3

+ If you don't wear it, let it go
Why should you keep a a pair of jeans that you no longer like, or no longer fit you well. Why should you occupy your precious space with items that you don't wear and no longer bring you joy? Get rid of them! Donate, sell or give to a friend.

+ Organize your Wardrobe
You need to organize your closet so that you can see and evaluate what you have. With an organize wardrobe you will be able to see what you lack of, what pieces you go to more often, and what you should stop buying over and over again.

+ Multi purpose pieces
A minimalist wardrobe is all about multi-functional pieces that work to create a huge number of outfits. Owning pieces like a white button down , a nice blazer, a good pair of jeans and a nice sweater will make your wardrobe much more flexible, creating a large number of different outfits that you can mix, match and layer!

+ Buy it for you
Don't feel the pressure of buying pieces that you don't like, but others have suggested for you. Never buy a piece that you don't like and don't feel comfortable in. Buy only items that you love, fit you well and make you happy. Don't dress for others, dress for you!
